First of all, so thanks for releasing such an insightful podcast. Could you address the issue in which a woman express one error in the procedure of doing task that is done by another woman, and manager (male) of that woman thinks that she wants to make a conflict with other female colleague!

Sara conducts interviews with her audience top of mind. Her interview framework and thought provoking questions draw out unique insights and actionable advice from her guests. She’s coalesced a library of conversations that cover a breadth of relevant topics. A great listen for women of all ages and levels of experience.

I’ve been listening to Sara’s podcasts on my way home from work the past few weeks, having recently started a new and challenging job. Every single podcast has included something timely and helpful toward navigating my way through a new workplace. Thanks to Sara and her guests for providing so much practical advice and empathetic support to younger women - it is so helpful and needed!

I’m 28 and I am enjoying listening to older and wiser women. This idea for a podcast is really great. I am enjoying the guests a lot. I’ve thought about things I’ve never considered. A really valuable podcast!! There is just a little something I feel could be improved on but I can’t figure out what it is. It’s still worth the listen for sure but maybe the flow or the editing could be improved? But still I’d recommend to a friend!

Highly recommend this show for anyone looking for advice to advance and excel in their career! There are such a diverse range of specific and highly relevant topics, a lot of which you won’t find in most other career podcasts. The question and answer format of the show makes time for so much great advice to be packed into one episode.

Not only is Sara a well-recognized and talented coach for women in the prime of their careers, she is an excellent interviewer, drawing out pearls of wisdom applicable to people of any age and at any point in life's journey. The conversation is real and the advice is practical, not simply sweet quotes or jargonistic lingo. Although the listener cannot literally join the discussion, it generates an internal thought process which continues after the podcast has ended. Even though I have retired from my professional career, I enjoy listening to these conversations. Highly recommend for anyone who is intellectually curious.

I cam across Sara's podcast recently and have listened to a few episodes. I enjoyed the advice given and like that it is aimed at younger women that can really benefit if they implemet some of the advice given.

Sara does a wonderful job bringing on guests who offer insight on relevant topics, ranging from handling negotiating, building appropriate friendship at works, how to split your time between work and home, and so much more. As a 26 year old in beginning stages of my career, Sara's guests and Sara's interview style provide advice and guidance to help me navigate both the business world while ensuring balance in my personal life.

Curating from women in the center and top of their fields, Sara keeps the episodes on point. There’s no time to waste in these 15 minutes of insight. The lessons, challenges, victories, resources and yes, advice shared is not only ridiculously inspiring, it’s a call to action. To be a better you in your profession, whatever it is. I’m 51 & I’m seeing so many women in their twenties listening! It’s like having a 15 minute mentor session. I only wish I could start every morning with an episode. Thank you Sara for keeping the list of books from all of the guests on the website! It has been very helpful to keep referring to for my next read. I can’t wait to see what guests are joining in 2019!

Sara’s podcast is one of my favorites. I am sharing it with my younger friends; men AND women. Her guests are articulate and their advice is on point and helpful. My favorite question Sarah always asks her guests is, “what can our listeners do tomorrow to begin to put your advice to work?” Sarah is concise with her words and doesn’t ramble. I especially appreciate that. I feel I’m getting a lot of “bang for my buck” when I have a few minutes to listen.

As a late-twenties working woman, I have already adopted several of the suggestions for ways to think or act that I learned from this podcast. Highly recommend!

This podcast is wonderful. I had the good fortune to have attended a few of Sara's Women Rainmaker sessions and I'm so glad to discover this podcast. Her personality and direct, no-nonsense attitude (and her humor) come through. I'm very impressed with the quality of the advice given and how substantive it is. I've recommended this to a local group of women lawyers. I'm sure everyone will get something from it.

These podcasts provide useful information and tips for women in their 20's, 30's and beyond! I wish I had this help when I was starting my career. As always, Sara is spot on!

I'm a 25 year old woman and I just quit my job simply because I hated it!! I spent a lot of time before and after thinking of the consequences and who would be affected and what would they think. Once I left I simply felt (and still feel) happy. What a relief!! This podcast is certainly a confirmation of that decision and guidance on how to move forward in the best way for me!

In addition to giving me sage advice in this stage of my life as a young professional, it has also introduced me to a plethora of wise, accomplished women to look up to in life. From the art of gender politics to doing your own thing, this podcast has taught me so much about being a young woman in the workplace. Worth listening to 100%

I'm not one to typically have time for podcasts, but I really enjoyed listening to Advice to My Younger Me and have already subscribed. As a young professional female, I've received tons of advice from business school, my companies, my networks, etc. - so much that I feel like I need to do everything, and of course wind up doing nothing in the process. I loved the episode on negotiations, because it finally made the topic relevant to me and provided me the key points of advice that I should focus in on. I'm very excited to hear this podcast tackle other topics that I face every day.

What an insightful idea. These podcasts from women highly knowledgeable about their topics, are full of important ideas and things to think about for me....and definitely for my daugher. To have a powerhouse woman decide to interview successful women around the concept of sharing our wisdom is a inspirational, not just to the youngest among us, but for all of us. It got me thinking about my own life and applying the stories and tips to my situations now. Great concept!

This is a great discussion with practical tips on how to be more effective in your practice and life. I particularly enjoyed the guidance on the "win-win" negotiation which is much more likely to be fulfilling and successful to both sides than the traditional splitting it down the middle.
